Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, products, and services offered by Habytet Corp (“Habytet”, “we”, “us”). By using our Services you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

2. Use of the Services

• You will use the Services only for lawful business purposes.
• You will not reverse engineer, resell, or use the Services to build a competing product.
• You will not upload content that infringes intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or applicable law.
• You will not interfere with the integrity or performance of the Services or attempt unauthorised access.

3. Fees & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a subscription basis unless otherwise agreed in a written order. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes such as GST. Late payments may result in suspension of the Services.

4. Customer Data

You retain all rights to the data you submit to the Services (“Customer Data”). You grant Habytet a limited licence to host, process, and transmit Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Services in line with our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, designs, trademarks, and content provided by Habytet, are the intellectual property of Habytet Corp or its licensors. No rights are granted other than the limited right to use the Services as described in these Terms.

6. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Habytet does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Habytet’s aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the fees paid by you to Habytet in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Habytet is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days of written notice. Habytet may suspend or terminate access immediately for non-payment, security risks, or violations of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by email. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
